Job Title: Senior Manager, Inclusion

Position Summary: This position is a highly influential role that requires autonomy, deep knowledge and practice of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Strong partnership competency and the ability to balance competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to work with the most senior executives and the most junior of employees and potential employees. The ideal candidate will be a team player, work collaboratively with multiple areas of the business.

Position Responsibilities:
• Design and implement DE&I strategy for the IMG Academy in partnership with key stakeholders including head of school, student life, coaches, communications, human resources, and business managers.
• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and inspiration to innovate and influence to support our diversity, equity and inclusion objectives
• Use data insights and regular reporting to demonstrate progress on strategic priorities, and identify and address areas requiring particular focus or attention
• Oversee the governance of the IMGA Employee Resource Groups and Academy DE&I task force ensuring they fit for purpose, impactful and aligned with Endeavor DE&I strategy
• Work in partnership with Communications and HRBPs and the recruiting team
• Help develop partnerships and high impact programs and activities intended to attract, develop and retain diverse talent and foster inclusion at Endeavor.
• Assist in implementing an external council that is made up of members of under-represented groups that will help advise the Executive Leadership Team when necessary
• Any other duties that may be within scope of the role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to think creatively, be resourceful, manage multiple deadlines, be proactive, and have exceptional attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills are necessary to be successful in this position.
Other abilities, experiences, skills, and knowledge will include:
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of both academic faculty and sports related impact of Inclusion
• A strong knowledge of sports DE&I trends and a solid grasp on workplace efforts
• A proven track record in making a positive difference in DE&I, across large, complex organizations with substantive experience in driving innovation and change, demonstrating cutting-edge thinking on leading activities in this space
• A rigorous approach to data analytics and using data insight to influence decision making
• A proven ability to drive execution in partnership with others and leveraging resources
• A strength in building relationships and partnerships across business units and businesses as well as externally
• Great communication skills – equally at ease in presenting in formal or informal settings, with both internal and external-facing audiences, including senior executives and management committees, as well as employee networks.
• Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues and be team-oriented
