Job Description

The Senior Compensation Analyst will support our Global Total Rewards team and help manage the communication, design, implementation and administration of Endeavor's compensation programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, annual salary planning, annual incentives and sales plans. The Senior Analyst will also be a critical resource towards the administration of the Company's HRIS system, Workday, as well as provide support and analysis for company reorganizations, cost initiatives and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities
• Analyze available internal and external data to make recommendations for competitive pay packages for candidates, existing individual employees and groups of employees
• Manage the annual global compensation benchmark surveys and seek ways to enhance our data sources, build industry networks, and keep up with market trends
• Monitor and review executive contract renewals, newly executed contracts and execute payments accordingly
• Set up configuration, conduct testing and manage administration of global year-end compensation processes on the Workday platform (salary increase planning and bonus payouts)
• Maintain and audit business processes, incentive targets and job profiles
• Manage and track all minimum wage and exempt salary threshold increases throughout the year and audit internal data to determine impacted employees
• Partner with Director of Compensation to provide business support, create guidelines, and generate communications
• Create ad-hoc reports, compensation modeling and analysis as necessary
• Work on miscellaneous compensation and HR projects
• Collaborate with HRIS and other HR team members to improve HR processes

Qualifications
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday
• Knowledge of government regulations, FLSA, minimum wages etc.
• Experience compiling and analyzing data from various market systems
• Strong project management skills in order to manage deadlines and organize and prioritize competing deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
• Work well in a team environment and be willing to pitch in and help with HR projects
• Discretion and professionalism, especially concerning confidentiality of employee information
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, accounting preferred
• At least 5 years compensation experience preferably within a diverse business unit environment
