Job Description
Position Overview: 160over90, the brand marketing division of Endeavor, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of consumer brand clients in the area of entertainment marketing. The ideal candidate has previous experience or is interested in product integrations, entertainment partnerships and talent procurement, as well as a passion for pop culture, and entertainment.
Location: Los Angeles (Currently Remote)
Full Time/Part-Time: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Project management including research, vetting and drafting recommendations for talent and partnership targets.
• Participate in the development/planning of customized programs that meet client objectives.
• Support execution of talent and partnership program deliverables.
• Management of research requests and data pulls for talent and partnership vetting and reporting.
• Develop a network of relationships across the industry including agents, managers, publicists, and talent-direct.
• Support day-to-day management and execution of brand integrations into TV, film and digital properties.
• Interact with and provide day-to-day communication with clients, talent reps, prospective brand partners, networks/shows and third party vendors/partners.
• Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives.
• Management of internal tracking documents, monthly client reports and campaign recaps.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 3-5 years of entertainment/consumer/brand marketing experience at talent, PR, marketing agency, network or studio. Talent agency experience is preferred.
• Experience working with brand clients, internal teams and other agency partners.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask multiple client requests.
• Established relationships across the talent and entertainment industry.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Superior client relationship/service skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong problem-solve skills.
• Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to project manage care and follow-through.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Proficient in PPT, Keynote and Google Slides. Familiarity with social/creator analytics tools like Captiv8 and CreatorIQ is a plus.
