Job Description
IMG is seeking a Strategic Partnerships and Sales Operations Coordinator to provide project support and administrative assistance to the Strategic Partnerships team in North America. IMG Events owns, operates, and represents a diverse portfolio of sports, entertainment and lifestyle properties including Frieze, Honda Classic, Liga MX, Miami Open, Miss Universe, PBR, Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, and more.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you will support all aspects of partnership sales including preparing presentations and pitches, managing meeting materials and logistics, supporting sales leads generation for the sales team, conducting research, and working collaboratively with Event Operations and Consumer Marketing teams. This position will dually report into the Global Sales Operations team (based out of London) which provides sales operations support to the global IMG Events division and works closely with central functions such as Endeavor Analytics, Creative Solutions Corporate Communications and other Endeavor divisions.

The Strategic Partnerships and Sales Operations Coordinator will be a critical team member and will receive incredible exposure and learning opportunities related to the business of partnerships, integrated sponsorship programs, and working with top marketing and sales decision-makers in industries spanning sports, entertainment, and culture.

Responsibilities:
• Help all members of the Strategic Partnerships team with sales processes – provide brand research and insights pre-meeting, maintain sales trackers and reports, and enter deal and brand intelligence into CRM
• Conduct research using internal tools, desk research, and liaise with Endeavor Analytics – our internal Research team
• Create, monitor and analyze brand information for sponsor target lists, brand profiles and category trackers
• Conduct research on sponsorship and marketing news and trends and identify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team
• Coordinate regular team meetings and business development brainstorms and collate and distribute minutes and manage follow-up
• Ensure all new event inventory, deals, and post-meeting reports are accurate in CRM and liaise constantly with the Sales Operations team in London to ensure everyone is aligned and share information
• Lead CRM account setup, training, administration, reporting, and audit
• Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Operations processes across all events busines units in North America to maintain consistent sales practice oversight and provide ad hoc support
• Act as the subject matter expert on all sales activity across the business units to suggest collaboration and connections between internal groups
• Assist with preparation of pitches, providing specific insights on companies, audience, industry trends, and relevant research
• Ensure accuracy of data on imgevents.com monthly all other internal and external communications alongside Corporate Communications for North American events

Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and keen to learn new skills
• Experience in managing trackers, conducting research, and analyzing data
• Demonstrate commercial and cultural awareness (as dealing with multi-national companies and international events)
• Showcase strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to provide first rate service internally to colleagues and externally to clients
• Flexible and efficient working style
• Accurate and organized with good attention to detail
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and balance tight deadlines, prioritize, and multitask
• Driven to achieve success and possess the hunger and curiosity to learn and be proactive in finding and chasing leads

• A basic understanding of the major revenue streams within the sports and entertainment industry, and a desire to build a career in this area

Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel, etc.
• Outside of event travel, there may be a requirement to travel to offsite meetings as part of the role

Key Results Areas
• Continually generate new leads for the sales team by monitoring industry marketing and sponsorship trends and company/brand activity across all categories in North America
• Maintain consistent sales practice oversight and monitoring by working with various business to ensure accurate and timely reporting in CRM
• Monitor the top target brands we are approaching and continually provide information on new categories to approach and new brands involving themselves in sponsorship
• Continually improve processes and preparation for Sales meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and communication of meeting points are distributed in a timely manner
• Effectively train all new North American sales staff to use Panther and CRM for all their sales activity
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and eagerness to take on new projects
• Provide efficient support to building pitches and presentations
