Job Description

Endeavor is seeking a Recruiter to focus on the our in-house creative agency, 160over90. This position will work on full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and actively filling positions.

The primary focus will be active recruiting, partnering with business leads and HRBPs to fill positions of varying levels, from early career to Manager level for 160over90 in addition to other divisions as needed. You will also get to work on ad hoc initiatives such as ATS / HRIS operational projects, employee branding and L&OD partnership.

You are a strong generalist recruiter, able to tackle a broad range of position types and levels. You are agile and compatible with high-growth, fast-paced environments with shifting needs. You keep hiring managers updated and candidates engaged with a high level of courtesy and professionalism and enjoy all channels of recruiting - from networking to outreach to reviewing inbound applications.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with HRBPs and business leads to fill open positions
• Exercise curiosity and conduct research into competitors and market place to target passive talent
• Establish position needs, business priorities, and manage expectations with both candidates and hiring manager(s)
• Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification and profile match
• Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries
• Support the candidate's transition and onboarding process

Qualifications:
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable while working at a fast, demanding pace
• Understanding of recruitment best practices, processes and techniques
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS
• Solid knowledge of candidate selection methods and sourcing tools
• Must operate with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
