Job Description

IMG Media & Events is looking for an passionate, forward-thinking, and highly organized mid-level creative Project Manager. The role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to manage the concepting and delivery of compelling campaigns for a variety of properties in the art, entertainment, fashion, film, and sports industry.

A key member of our global, in-house creative team you will manage creative requests and projects into and out of the creatives by working with local marketing teams around the world to schedule and manage the flow of work.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience project managing the full spectrum of creative assets and campaigns from websites to email, display advertising, print, OOH, radio and more.

Key responsibilities

As our creative project management lead you will:
• Support the creative department in the development & delivery of innovative and inspirational concepts and campaign assets by scheduling and managing requests into and out of the team;
• Be the first point of contact for local marketing teams when it comes to creative requests and requirements;
• Be the guardian of our creative process and ensure local teams are working to this process, completing and supplying clear briefs as per our templates and that the process is being adhered to in a timely manner;
• Communicate clearly new projects and requirements to the wider creative team and ensure everyone is informed of the latest schedule and upcoming projects;
• Meticulously maintain and update creative schedules and timelines whilst managing workloads of creatives and identifying in advance where freelance resource may be required;
• Support the creative director in hiring freelance resource for projects as and when required;
• Coordinate, schedule and follow-up on team meetings, creative briefing sessions, creative brainstorms, first concept presentations and any meetings between creative & other teams needed to complete any given project;

Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience managing delivery of a broad spectrum of creative projects and deliverables from print to social, digital, web, email and video as either a project manager or producer;
• Ideally experience working on brands in the world of art, entertainment, fashion, film & sports.

The candidate should demonstrate:
• Outstanding organizational skills with impeccable attention-to-detail;
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills;
• The ability to balance multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines;
• The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders (often in different countries and time zones);
• A strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demand;
• The ability to self-direct and motivate and work with minimal supervision;
• Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project management software (e.g. Asana, Basecamp).

Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc
• Out of hours and weekend work may sometimes be required;
• There may be a requirement to travel for meetings, shoots or attend events as part of the role.
