About the role

We're looking for a seasoned product designer to join a growing team within Endeavor Digital. From concept to execution, product design at Endeavor Digital is instrumental in building world-class experiences for live events, education, and other spaces. This role works continuously alongside a cross-functional team to shape consumer-facing products that are simple, inclusive, delightful and purposeful.

This contract term is for 6 months with the opportunity to convert to full-time.

What you'll be doing...
• Own and craft the end-to-end user journey and design execution – from concepting and prototyping to testing and delivery.
• Consistently uphold the quality and craft of design through all points of the user experience
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads and other supporting teams to shape and execute UX and design strategy.
• Communicate the narrative of your design solutions to various stakeholders, partners and peers at the appropriate fidelity.
• What we'll look for in you...
• 3-6 years of professional product and UI design experience
• A strong portfolio of product designs, features, and solutions you have been central in crafting from the ground up.
• An ability to articulate your design decisions to others with clarity and thoughtful reasoning.
• A natural inclination to ask smart questions and listen to perspectives from Research, Product and Engineering to develop a well-reasoned design approach to every challenge.
• Fluency with Figma and component-based design methods.
• Strong prototyping skills
