The Designer is a member of the creative & design team that sits within 160over90, our division dedicated to providing world-class consulting, strategy, marketing, and branding expertise to premier client accounts. Our client work engages all cultural touchpoints across sports, fashion, music, and entertainment. The Designer will support in the concept and visual design of client projects.

The right person for this role will be skilled in visual design and art direction, interested in the world around them, and will fit within a collaborative work environment that encourages ideas and contributions from all team members.

THE ROLE

A Presentation Designer is an extension of the design and creative team dedicated to creating eye-catching presentations for various internal and external means. The Presentation Designer's main responsibility is to uphold brand standards while creating effective, dynamic and well-thought-out internal and external presentations that are readable in multiple formats (e.g. tablet, computer, mobile).

The Presentation Designer creates, modifies, and prepares digital presentation files using design programs such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and the Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, as a support service to the design studio, the Presentation Designer must be able to follow artistic direction and collaborate with Senior Designers, Art Directors, and Design Director within the design studio, as well as with Creative and executive leadership on various accounts and pitches.

This role needs someone who is creative, highly organized, and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. The Presentation Designer is able to offer creative solutions to visual problems and has a passion for visually engaging presentations.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
• Supports in all aspects of visual output for 160over90's presentations across brand/client, New Business, and agency communication needs.
• Create visually stunning presentations, including existing templates and designing new templates from scratch
• Transform complex, copy-heavy slides into digestible pieces of content while retaining the core message
• Ability to transform complex data and/or copy-heavy information into visually please designs
• Work with the team to execute seamless visual stories through presentation design across a multitude of clients and industries. Inclusive of comp/mock-up needs.
• Collaborate with team leads to create design solutions for pitch materials and new business opportunities.
• Work with creative/design, project, marketing, and day-today account managers across client teams to deliver on all assets needed for current clients' businesses.
• Be able to perform under tight deadlines with quick turnaround times if needed.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive with relentless hustle and desire to exceed aggressive goals
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once, multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Understanding and ongoing curiosity of cultural & design trends
• Excellent design, typography, and layout skills
• Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator design programs, as well as presentation programs like Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
