Talent Ventures is an emerging vertical within the Endeavor Corporate Development group that serves the evolving needs of our clients – asset value creation, brand building and diversification. You will work in close collaboration with our agency counterparts at WME to evaluate, negotiate and structure the formation of new media/production companies (TV, Film, Audio, Digital, Marketing, etc.) on behalf of key clients.

We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of the TV & Film production world, preferably with investing and/or operational experience, to join our team. You will be responsible for meeting and cultivating relationships with top-tier creative and production executives as part of our sourcing efforts, participating in client signing meetings, as well as evaluating, structuring, and executing the formation of new business ventures. You should be a well-spoken, enthusiastic, strategic, and analytical thinker with a passion for talent and entertainment.
Responsibilities
• Cultivating relationships with top-tier entertainment executives as part of our sourcing efforts
• Creating & evaluating business plans, financial modelling, and preparing transaction memos
• Supporting legal counsel in the review of transaction documents (including equity documents) and structuring/negotiating key terms
• Managing all stakeholders within a deal process, including production executives, agents, talent, lawyers, and managers
• Participating in client signing meetings and presenting new business initiatives to prospective clients
Minimum Qualifications
• 4 – 7 years at a combination of the following: financial services (investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, PE) with a focus on media and entertainment; experience at a studio, broadcast channel, cable network, production company, or OTT platform highly preferred
• Comfortable engaging with clients, agents, C-level executives and senior leadership
• Relationships with key stakeholders across the TV & Film production landscape
• Ability to communicate strategy, results, mandates and opportunities at an executive level
• Strong business development experience in identifying new opportunities and partners
