THE ROLE

Do you love sports, music, and live events? Would you like to be at the forefront of recruiting and hiring the talent people who support the world's most iconic sports and entertainment events? If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for you on the Recruiting Team at On Location.

The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage relationship-building skills to create meaningful connections with hiring managers throughout Olympics division and identify the best candidates to fill full-time positions across the business unit. This role supports business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting candidates using various sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. This position is a key member of the Recruiting team and aligned with the overall global HR function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage a full cycle recruiting process in coordination with Paris Olympics HR Director
• Able to cope with large recruitment scales 15-25 positions at the same time
• Partner with hiring managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan in support of talent initiatives to ensure an exceptional hiring experience
• Manage job requisitions and job descriptions
• Post job openings and generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of recruiting methods and resources
• Manage a candidate pool
• Find creative ways to source and attract talent, both passive and active candidates
• Screen potential candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers
• Manage the candidate selection/interview process to ensure a best-in-class hiring experience for each the candidate
• Ensure candidates embody the mission, vision and values of the company
• Partner with the HR and Diversity and Inclusion Teams to assist in initiatives around sourcing strategies and the creation of an inclusive interview experience
• Manage the evaluation of time-to-fill data and identify inefficiencies
• Collaborate with HRD to deploy Recruiting Training for hiring managers
• Manage recruiting programs for universities
• Fluent in English and French

Travel

Some light travel may be expected; must be flexible with work and travel schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Extensive full cycle recruiting experience required
• HRIS / ATS system experience (Workday preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with evolving recruiting trends
• Experience with evaluating, creating, and managing Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills in both English and French is preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external vendors to maximize performance, creativity and problem solving
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
• Ability to adhere to, communicate and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, use discretion and uphold high ethical standards
• Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with a work style focused on solving problems and driving results
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence
