Manager, Impact and Inclusion

In this role you will be tasked with developing and executing internal and external-facing programs that create community, celebrate the diversity within our industry and expose the broader employee population to new ideas and experiences while supporting Endeavor's overall Impact and Inclusion strategy.

Reports To: Director, Social Impact

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Employee engagement
• Develop, manage, and execute plans across the Endeavor network for cultural moments (e.g., Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Juneteenth etc.)
• Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
• Manage and support Endeavor's Employee Resources groups and leadership boards
• Partner with ERGs to manage communications, events, and budget
• Develop recommendations for developing an inclusive environment where ERG members employees from underrepresented groups can thrive
• Inclusion-related activation
• Support execution of public-facing inclusion-related activation with Endeavor business units (e.g., In the BLK Show at NYFW, Frieze Impact Prize etc.)
• Impact and Inclusion Programing
• Manage programs that increase industry inclusion and access (e.g., company panels, events, and industry education programs such a The Excellence Program, NYFW: NXT )
• Communications
• Lead on the development, execution, and management of our Inclusion and Impact communications
• Manage communications and development of materials for needs including but not limited to, annual report, internal and external e-blasts, invitations, programming materials, social media posts and toolkits, presentation outlines, ensuring messages are consistent across all platforms
• Work with social media team on Impact and Inclusion content for Endeavor channels

Knowledge and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space, social impact space, or CSR
• Experience executing programs and events, specifically employee engagement initiatives and ERG management
• Proven track record with building strong relationships with internal business partners

Skills and Abilities:
• Possess exceptional written and verbal skills, attention to detail and ability to distill and present complex information into clear, concise and engaging communications with a particular focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Understand the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and demonstrate a willingness to help others
• Demonstrate passion for creating inclusive corporate cultures with a history of executing inclusive campaigns and initiatives
• Exercise creativity, strategic thinking, and determination to drive our company culture of employee engagement and an inclusive workplace forward
• Exercise expert judgment and sensitivity in all communications and conversations

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually
