Legal Assistant

Job Description

Endeavor is seeking an assistant to support the IMG Events legal team. The job entails standard administrative assistant work (maintaining a calendar and tracking projects, maintaining legal files and agreements and other administrative functions) – but the right candidate also will be proactive in assisting the team in finding ways to streamline the groups work process and efficiency. Exact scope of responsibility will depend on the candidate's demonstrated capabilities. This is a unique opportunity for anyone interested in working in the sports and entertainment industry.

Duties will include:
- Being proactive and willing to seek out answers
- Being organized and able to juggle assignments from multiple attorneys
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, redlining, document distribution (including coordinating and tracking signatures of physical and digital documentation), and expense report preparation
- Maintaining contract database
- Interacting with internal and external business partners and executives
- Ad-Hoc projects to support growth of division

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A flexible personality and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in a legal office environment supporting executives strongly preferred. Media/Entertainment experience is a plus
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and additional cloud-based servers and data storage/management
