Our exclusive speakers represent the most compelling names from business, sports, entertainment, culture and politics.

Seeking an Jr. Account Manager to assist a top Agent in their day-to-day work. The candidate should have at least 1 years professional experience. Experience in public relations and/or event planning that included client contact and written communications is essential. Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, 'story telling' and 'pitching and placing' experience a real plus. Must be able to balance detail at a high volume with creative thinking and pitching. The candidate envisions growing within the Harry Walker Agency

Responsibilities:
• Miscellaneous support work which may include prospecting phone calls
• Preparing and emailing sales proposals and various communications to potential buyers at the direction of Senior Agents
• Independently handling incoming requests for certain inquiries
• Heavy database management including but not limited to report generation and analysis. The goal of this is to identify and leverage opportunities for increased sales

Skills:
• 1+ years of professional experience preferred
• Ability to think creatively and understand how to speak about people in the marketplace of ideas
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials in a timely manner
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Ability to find creative solutions and maintain a positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Interested reading knowledge of Current Affairs and Business Trends

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$77,000 annually
