Job Description
Endeavor is seeking an Inclusion Coordinator to join our Inclusion team, focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization. This position requires a high level of organization, problem-solving, and ability to accurately and responsively carry out job tasks for several simultaneous projects under often competing priorities and timelines. Duties are varied and cross all of the Endeavor businesses. The ideal candidate will be able to pivot quickly between projects and tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team player, work collaboratively with multiple areas of the business

Key Responsibilities:

As the Inclusion Coordinator, you will undertake a range of tasks and responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
• Supporting the Manager of Inclusion with global Employee Resource Group (ERG) development, member on-boarding, group programming, community building, intermediate admin, and other initiatives.
• Leading project management for high-profile marquee Inclusion efforts.
• Collaborating with Leadership and Organizational Development colleagues as it pertains to Bias Awareness training, onboarding, and Learning Management System.
• Coordinating the scheduling and compiling of meeting notes of Diversity and Inclusion Working Group and its subcommittees.
• Updating and maintaining the departmental project grid, website, and other organizational channels.
• Assisting with communications drafting (event emails, newsletters, etc.)
• Constructing agendas for internal and Inclusion led meetings

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, be proactive, and have exceptional attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills are necessary to be successful in this position.
Other abilities, experiences, skills, and knowledge will include :
• Strong interest in Diversity & Inclusion, with ideally some experience working in this area
• Ideally 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to balance multiple projects at different stages in the process
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships between departments
• The ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion is required.
• Demonstrated Excel and Power Point skills are preferred.
• Proofreading, organizational and project management skills are also highly desirable
