Job Description
Position Summary:

This position manages the licensing financials, reporting, and payment for the Consumer Products business. This position is responsible for inputting, tracking, and updating licensing deal terms and financials, managing royalty reporting for all athlete IP licensing deals, and department budgeting and forecasting. This role requires a high level of collaboration with the Finance & Accounting teams.

Responsibilities:
• Manages Consumer Products royalty reporting for assigned licensees and assists with the athlete royalty payments process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments and adherence to contractual commitments.
• Inputs new licensing contracts and manages existing licensing contract rights within software system.
• Tracks Licensee performance versus contractual minimum guarantees and advises team of licensee progress toward achieving stated goals.
• Assists with calculation and payment of annual fighter participation royalties.
• Reviews and provides input on new contracts from a financial standpoint
• Works with licensees to ensure timelines and accuracy of reporting; inputs, reviews, and approves royalty reports
• Collaborates with Royalty Accounting Manager at Endeavor on non-athlete IP licensing deals to ensure reporting and payments are up-to-date.
• Partners with Finance & Accounting team on accounts receivable, tracks and records payments in software systems, invoices licensees for guarantees and royalties as due.
• Collaborates with Licensing Managers and licensees to communicate rights status and updates in a timely manner.
• Identifies, analyzes, and makes recommendations to improve upon existing business processes to optimize performance and increase efficiencies.
• Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.

Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in finance, accounting, or similar education.
• One to three years' work experience, or more, in financial management, licensing, and royalties management.
• Previous experience working with royalty system software is preferred. Intermediate or strong skills using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, specifically in regard to management of extensive rights, financial acumen, and legal language.
• Understanding of intellectual property rights is a plus. Experience in working with contracts, amendments, legal notifications, and other important business communications.
• Understanding of P&L management, budgeting process, forecasting, and accounts receivable functions.
• Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate critical issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Energetic self-starter with executive presence and the ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
• Motivated and ambitious team player with the foresight to predict and manage upcoming needs proactively and independently.
• Ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences and personalities.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV.
