Job Description
The Regional Sales Director will identify and develop corporate relationships utilizing creativity, marketing knowledge and negotiation skills to close new corporate partnerships. This position will have a priority of selling across the PBR Team Series, PBR's newest premier series consisting of ten regular season events and a three-day championship in Las Vegas. Sellable inventory will include league owned assets, team specific assets as well as digital and linear media. This position will be the connective tissue on the sales front between each of the eight PBR Team franchises and the league office.

The Regional Director of Sales will execute all local, regional, and national sales initiatives, positioning PBR Team Series as a must have property. They will work closely with the CRO, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, remote marketing managers and their respective teams to close business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for national, regional, and local partnerships for the PBR Team Series
• Develop relationships with existing national and regional partners
• Research individual markets and geo-targeted brands
• Monitor competitions and local events for potential partners
• Use marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales approach in each market and region
• Lead Qualification: Sales calls and emails to qualify leads
• Inventory Management: Manage, track, document and protect inventory used for partnership marketing
• Sales Support Information: Collecting, processing, organizing, and presenting relevant data to support sales initiatives.
• Work with the Sales Team Graphic Designer to create high-level sales presentations

• Must function at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions oriented
• Proven record of prospecting and sales success
• An advanced understanding of marketing and the ability to amplify a brand's message while assisting in building brand equity
• Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
• Google Suite; Google Docs, Google Sheets

Education & Formal Training:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field- preferred

Experience:
• Three (3) or more years of experience in sales or related marketing experience preferred

Working Conditions:
• Normal office hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to travel as required
• This is a remote position where specific PBR Team Series locations are preferred.
