ROLE
• Support business growth through developing & managing all commercial groups and events
KEY DUTIES
• Build out of a commercial proposal including product review, acquisition strategy and delivery
• Establishment of group activity
• Sales prospecting
• Analyze market trends and identify areas of opportunity
• Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients and events
• Collaborate with other departments for execution
• Strong understanding of business position and competition to keep competitive

• An organized approach to day to day responsibilities
• Outgoing and communicative in nature
• Strong at managing relationships and entertaining clients
• A confident, friendly and professional manner
• Computer literate, familiar with PC's & Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience of working in a commercial arts or events environment.
• Experience of customer service delivery.
• Experience of databases and/or client record management systems as means of capturing, analyzing & using data.
• Interest in theatre & the arts.
