Digital Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a for talented, skilled Digital Project Manager (Producer) to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional service and work to our clients.
Our Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning, facilitating, and overseeing execution of all website, app, and other interactive/digital projects. As a Digital Producer, you must have a strong understanding of research methodologies, interactive design, UX, and digital content strategy, along with a fluency in best practices and standard process for both front- and back-end development.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will work with the resource management team to create project schedules based on internal goals, client business goals and team capacity. Digital Project Managers should be familiar with capacity planning, scheduling, scoping and estimating jobs, and managing multiple deadlines with conflicting priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Completely understands the project scope of all projects you are managing
• Schedule, estimate, and drive progress for projects in the digital department
• Develop task lists and work breakdown structure for projects
• Identify and mitigate potential issues that would prevent successful launch/delivery
• Resolve blockers, obtaining assets and decisions as needed across departments, disciplines, stakeholders, and teams
• Provide strategic and creative solutions that proactively address challenges as well as confidently and effectively communicate to your teams and clients.
• Foster a positive, productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations, and balance a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor
• Serve as a main point of contact for account teams, maintaining regular communication of project deliverables, budget status, and information needs of the project team
• Implement established department processes and identify opportunities for new process where needed
• Regularly track, report and communicate on project health, tracking hours incurrence and forecasting throughout each project phase
• Collect and organize all creative and technical information associated with each project
• Review assets provided by client teams and internal brand teams, ensuring sufficient material for digital execution
• Assist on projects when needed, providing support with content entry, content planning, information architecture, digital audits, presentation decks, etc.
• Facilitate on-boarding for digital team as needed for contract sale and project transitions
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings and milestones, for both internal and client reviews and delivery
• Ensure that all necessary team members are included in appropriate meetings and conversations

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years experience in a digital or creative agency
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other front-end web technologies
• Comfort using the following tools, and open to using a new tool to accomplish the job
• Task Tools - Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as Google's G-Suite Tools
• Project management software like Basecamp or Workbook
• Issue-tracking and sprint planning software like JIRA or GitHub
• Experience adapting project management style as appropriate for each project (waterfall versus Agile)
• Experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress and Drupal
