Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience working professionally in graphic design
• Experience working for a sports property or team is a significant positive
• Exhibit a strong sense for typography, composition, information hierarchy and layout
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in Keynote and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong design sense with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually dynamic solutions
• Creative mindset and desire to tell compelling stories to target audiences

Responsibilities:
• Create visually inspiring pitch materials, mock-ups, graphics, presentations, and other collateral for current and prospective sports clients
• Develop innovative design solutions that amplify ideas and find effective ways to visually integrate data in materials to support storytelling
• Assist in the creation of a visual identity for clients through the development of logos, graphic treatments, and other design elements
• Collaborate with brand strategists and team members on presentation narratives and copy that will resonate against client and partner objectives. Join brainstorm, ideation, and strategy meetings, as appropriate
• Work with the social media content team on assets as needed+
• Liaise with colleagues to foster creative connectivity and share learnings, trends & best practices

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position, based on various factors, including budget and industry data. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, robust benefits, growth and developmental opportunities, and other offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$99,000 annually
