Job Description

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
• Support the Design Directors with the development of B2B focused creative, which includes client or sponsor-specific sales materials, RFP responses, capabilities documents and general sales collateral.
• Ideate and develop concepts in collaboration with the Design, Account and Commercial Teams that are strategically sound, on-brand and meet the brief.
• Produce engaging sales collateral consisting of original designs, graphic elements, assets and visual treatments.
• Work with the Senior Designers and Account Managers to ensure all briefs are clear, concise and aligned, making sure reasonable timelines are set and output is delivered on time.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience working in experiential event design or agency
• Experience with event production, and timelines
• Strong graphic and typography design skills and a good grasp of traditional and interactive design, including Presentation Design, Layout, Branding, Event Graphics, Print and Digital Collateral.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint
• Highly organized and deadline oriented
• Adept at working independently on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to brainstorm, communicate, and exchange ideas
• Ability to prioritize projects on the fly in a deadline driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design required or equivalent experience.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Keynote and PowerPoint.
• The ability to work with templates and style guides to deliver high-quality creative.
