Role: Coordinator, Corporate Strategy & D2C

Reports to: SVP , Corporate Strategy & Growth Services

Location: NYC

Position Summary

The Coordinator, Corporate Strategy & D2C role is an entry level role in the streaming media industry but a business critical role. The candidate will be a key member of the Endeavor Streaming corporate strategy and growth services team and will be responsible for supporting the head of corporate strategy and select leaders across their day-to-day responsibilities as well as across key internal and client projects. The corporate strategy team is responsible for setting the vision and direction for Endeavor Streaming's long term business goals and the growth services team works directly with clients across sports, media and lifestyle sectors to help grow their D2C streaming businesses through strategy and marketing engagements.

Key Responsibilities
• Independently prepare and create financial modeling for the D2C strategy and growth marketing teams, and their clients.
• Use professional skills and knowledge to determine proper market research parameters, independently conduct such market research, compile data, analyze data, and present data for use by D2C teams, and current and potential future clients.
• Determine proper content, and create presentation decks and other documents for client presentations.
• Track all D2C projects, including determining most effective method for reporting status of projects.
• Monitor D2C projects to ensure are on track and flag any issues or concerns with meeting client deliverables.
• Contribute to projects, including document creation, document updates, and document compilation to meet client deliverables, including ensuring all documents are client ready and formatted to the highest standards.
• Work closely with strategy and growth marketing team leads and handle ad hoc assignments.
• Document meetings, and identify, discuss and implement action items.
• Manage calendar of appointments, meetings, video calls and events, and handle logistics of meetings as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements, including all logistics (lodging, itineraries, locations, and transportation).
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned.

Required Skills and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• B.A. in business administration or related field, or equivalent years of related experience
• 1-4 years of related work experience
• An Internship or other past experience in a media, streaming, digital or other similarly related industry preferred
• High-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and keynote required
• Basic financial modeling skills preferred
• Strong math and analytical skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate an organized and structured approach to work and responsibilities.
• Demonstrate high level of professionalism and confidentiality to handle extremely sensitive and/or proprietary internal and client information.
• Works collaboratively with others to solve problems, achieve common goals and realize positive results
