Business Affairs Executive, Digital & Non-Scripted

Job Description

WME seeks a talented and highly motivated junior lawyer to join its business affairs team, primarily supporting the agency's Digital and Non-Scripted TV divisions.

Responsibilities
• Assisting with reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a high volume of contracts under tight deadlines, including podcast, talent, producer, and other digital agreements.
• Implementing and refining systems for information and document management.
• Fostering positive long-term relationships with the company's clients, agents, and customers.
• Raising and spotting legal issues as appropriate with internal teams (compliance, litigation, etc.).

Qualifications
• Admitted attorney with 3-5 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for attorneys with transactional legal/business affairs experience.
• Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment, a curious mind, a strong work ethic, and a creative but practical and business-friendly approach to problem solving.
• Grit, tenacity, and flexibility.
• In-person required.
