Role: Administrative Assistant, ECTV

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answers and screens Executive's telephone calls.
• Tactfully handles inquiries and/or refers to appropriate party.
• Reviews and answers email s and inquiries on own initiative, determining if Executive action is required. Refers routine matters to appropriate person for action and follows up to ensure completion.
• Schedules and maintains Executive's calendar of appointments , VCs and calls and coordinates related arrangements. Anticipates and prepares meeting materials and reports needed by Executive.
• Independently researches , compiles, and analyzes information from multiple sources; prepares a variety of c omplex reports
or agendas. Composes routine and non -routine correspondence , memos and reports, etc., which are generally confidential in nature.
• Uses various PC softwar e p ackages such as spreadsheets, word processing, and graphics to produce high quality r eports, presentations, or other documents.
• Acts as liaison between the Executive and internal and external contacts.
• Coordinates activities, conducts research and ensures requests are carried out. Handles a wide variety of situations and tasks involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office, which often would not be brought to the attention of the Executive.
• Handles Executive's expenses as needed.
• Assists department in special projects as requested by the Executive and/or department.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous talent agency experience strongly preferred
• Good professional judgment and a growth -oriented mindset
• Experience or strong interest in 4 -quadrant and YA content
• Very organized and detail -oriented, with excellent follow -through
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills , with the skills to interact effectively with colleagues across all levels of management
• Demonstrated capacity to work with the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy
• Broad knowledge of company organization, policies and practices
• Deep knowledge
of / hands -on experience with Microsoft Office and G -Suite
• Experience working effectively in teams and across different business sectors
• Must be flexible to work overtime on short no tification
