Job Description
Our Recruiting Assistant works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RA is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities. This hire will bring a high level of organization, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities:
• Facilitation and coordination/scheduling of the interview process (phone/video screens, in-person interviews)
• Assisting with the administration and day-to-day operations of talent functions and duties, such as recruiting and staffing logistics, communications, employee records, documentation processing, and report preparation
• Spearhead recruitment reporting, tracking and candidate pipeline management
• Responsible for applicant management/tracking and providing support to applicants surrounding the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
• Provide effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
• Support candidate sourcing and outreach
• Assist the Recruiting team with key initiatives, ad hoc projects, and other tasks as needed
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge or interest in Recruiting and Human Resources
• Administrative or internship experience
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
• Respond with urgency to employee requests
• Ability to maintain a high level of conduct and ethics at all times
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced organization
• A superior work ethic
• Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
