TWG Art Department role is responsible for creation and maintenance of all TWG brand and agency assets including: marketing materials, press decks, presentations, short form content, and design materials in coordination with TWG creative team. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented; have a curatorial eye; and prior experience with video production, capture, and editing. The Art Department role will report directly to the Creative Director and work closely with the Lead Designer and New Media team to ensure the quality and cohesion of all TWG's creative output.

Scope of Work
• Collaborate with Creative Director on overarching brand initiatives
• Assist Lead Designer in the creation of marketing and brand materials
• Work closely with the New Media team to identify original content opportunities
• Work as part of a creative team to produce and capture short-form video content
• Maintain visual brand standards across existing and new brand initiatives
• Collaborate with Lead Designer to develop timelines and ensure execution of editorial calendar content
• On-set and behind-the-scenes video and photo capture, including NYFW
• Help to source and manage freelancers while maintaining budgets
• Provide creative services for artists to assist booking table in securing brand partnerships, including: short-form video editing, mood board curation, and original content capture
• Maintain streamlined guidelines for internal Dropbox, Google drive, and other organizational systems

Qualifications
• Video capture experience
• Video editing experience
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Photoshop and Bridge)
• Knowledge or interest in fashion and entertainment industries
• Knowledge of digital photography standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a creative team and across multiple divisions
