Agent Associate - Sales

Job Description

Job Requirements: International exclusive speakers' agency is seeking an Agent Associate - Sales to assist 2 Senior Level Sales Agents in their day-to-day work. The candidate should have at least 1 year office experience. Experience in event planning that included client contact and written communications is a plus, but not essential. Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and must be able to handle a high volume administrative work including contract compilation and database work. Ideally the candidate could envision growing into a sales role.

Responsibilities:
• All administrative support to Agents as needed, including but not limited to:
• Work within CRM database to input opportunities, invitations and firm offer details
• Filing and managing communications and for Sales Agents
• Tracking and communicating requested contract edits
• Business Development/ Sales Support work including:
• Miscellaneous support work which may include prospecting phone calls
• Preparing and emailing sales proposals and various communications to potential buyers at the direction of Senior Agents
• Independently handling incoming requests for speakers that are low or no fee invitations
• Heavy database management including but not limited to report generation and analysis. The goal of this is to identify and leverage opportunities for increased sales

Skills:
• At least 1 year of office experience (can be internship)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials in a timely manner
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Ability to find creative solutions and maintain a positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Interested reading knowledge of Current Affairs and Business Trends
