Agent Assistant - Private / Corporate

Job Description

WME is seeking a full-time Assistant for the Private/Corporate Booking department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and passionate about the Music industry. Must be able to work in the Nashville office.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assisting with day-to-day functions of a high-volume booking agent's desk.
• Review contracts and process
• Screen incoming calls in a timely and professional manner and route accordingly.
• Manage heavy email activity, calendar appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare expense reports.
• Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• Must be detailed oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks.
• Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Dependable and proactive. Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• A flexible personality and positive attitude
• Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Previous experience with contracts preferred
• One year entertainment experience preferred
