Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Performing general administrative support work, including executive calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reports.
• Assist with obtaining data and information for RFQ, RFP, and RFI submissions.
• Create PowerPoint presentations with a high level of detail.
• Plan and manage sales events and expos with the Marketing department, including coordinating registration, room set-up, and displays.
• Attend events as needed.
• Provide contract management as needed.
• Research potential leads and contacts for the Sales Executives.
• Provide lead tracking support for the Sales Executives as needed to prevent duplication of effort and/or confusion with potential leads.
• Prepare reports as requested.

EXPERIENCE:
• Advance skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organization skills.
• Excitement to learn and take on projects.
• Self-Motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in an Administrative Assistant or Clerical Support role.
• Experience with Outlook preferred but not required.
• Experience with Google Analytics preferred but not required.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred but not required.
• BA or BS in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fields preferred, but not required.
