Job Description
The Account Supervisor manages a book of business in partnership with an Account Director, serving as the main conduit between the agency and client. You'll be responsible for seamlessly managing the agency process and strategically leading clients through all phases of engagement, from discovery to strategy, marketing planning and execution. An Account Supervisor reports to an Account Director and may manage at least one Account Executive.
Our Account Supervisors have an entrepreneurial drive and can inspire, nurture and champion agency and client solutions. They bring value to our clients by passionately and professionally representing the agency on a day-to-day basis. They are the trusted partner and point of contact for mid-level clients partnering with account leadership to deliver operational discipline and delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management to their business(es). They are highly organized and accountable account leaders, who are able to build relationships and collaborate with/draw on the expertise of all 160over90's capabilities. Account Supervisors add value by interrogating every client brief and assignment, and striving to solve our client's larger business problems, not just the immediate request at hand.

• Act as lead on day-to-day business with Client and Agency on major accounts and shepherd cross-agency integration
• Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using Agency resources to effectively and seamlessly support client's business
• Client Relationships: Day to day client relationship holder
• Demonstrate understanding of creative excellence and assist in selling through ideas and overcoming obstacles.
• Ability to identify risks/problems and engage your Account Director in solutions for risk management
• Develop, measure, monitor and analyze client success criteria
• Approve all hours, contact and status reports and creative briefs
• Ensure the integrity of the agency process with comprehensive documentation
• Build a portfolio of proven effective work at a high agency standard
• Manage client objectives, expectations and timelines and communicate changes/directions to internal team members
• Influence the efficiency and quality of work and advocate for the agency/client relationship
• Serve as a mentor/coach and/or direct manager to more junior team members and support the development of these team members
• Understand & respect every department's role in delivering great work and building relationships

• 5-7 years of related, client facing industry experience managing ''the making'' or delivery of great work
• Ideally, several different account experiences delivering programs in at least 3 different capabilities (B2C, B2B, retail, CPG, digital, tech, etc.)
• A good listener, someone who reads people and those in a room well (and adapts their style and response accordingly)
