We are looking for an outstanding Workplace Experience Supervisor who will work closely with the Senior Manager to keep our studio running smooth, create thoughtful ways for employee connection and to steer efforts on space utilization and move execution. The ideal person understands that the workplace is dynamic,and is both in-person and virtual. We will have a mix of employees working remotely and in-studio. This role is based on site at our Austin location and reports to the Senior Regional Manager of Workplace Experience. In this role, you will supervise day-to-day workplace operations. You will be a culture champion working closely with the senior manager to implement employee and studio programs.

We are seeking someone who is project oriented, enjoys customer service, loves to be organized, Google Workspace knowledgeable, and obsessed with the workplace experience.

What You'll Do:
• Facilities: proficient with building operations, space management, moves, decommissions, vendor relationships, HVAC, utilities, maintenance, and deliveries
• Safety: Partner with Global Safety and Security on emergency response and assist with on site training and real-life incident management
• Security: Partner with Security on day to day aspects of physical security access, badging, and equipment maintenance
• Service: Partner with the senior manager to ensure we are providing the best studio experience for employees and guests by taking ownership, and responding to workplace tickets in a timely manner
• Janitorial: vendor relationship, drive improvements and consistently monitor quality of performance
• Employee Engagement: Assist in driving employee engagement and site wide communications on events and studio happenings
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Diversity & Inclusion, and Business Unit Leadership on special projects, delivering experience and a successful workplace

You Will Need:
• 5 years of related experience in workplace and facilities management with people leadership experience.
• Excellent partnership & alignment skills with key partners to define and achieve strategic goals
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering against targets and objectives
• You can navigate obstacles creatively and advocate for decisions.
• Business, finance, and management knowledge.
• Multicultural skills and global mindset
• Manage a team of EA employees, as well as vendors and third-party contractors.
