User Acquisition Manager, Programmatic

Responsibilities
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of media buyers to operate as an outstanding media buying operation
• Brainstorm and supply relevant insights on creatives and data for several games that lead to incremental advantages in media buying or product success
• Solve ongoing performance goals
• Nurture advertising partner relationships to strengthen EA's standing within the partner's development roadmap
• Always want to improve the growth marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing
• Take ownership of the entire user experience for top flight mobile games while juggling projects and campaigns across multiple titles/apps and partners

Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in mobile media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
• Experience building user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV)
• Curiosity and experience always looking for, proposing, testing new advertising channels, partners and formats
• Experience inspiring team members at any level to achieve at an level
• BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent Quantitative field
• Experience building relationships with third-party media partners with an emphasis on DSPs and exchange buying (Crossinstall, Liftoff, Moloco, Beeswax, Smaadex, Mopub, PMP's, Direct deals)
• Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investment
• Passion/knowledge for video games
• Always want to improve the growth marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL and Microsoft office / google applications
• Working knowledge and familiarity with coding languages like Python or HTML
• Comfortable managing multi million dollar budgets
