Job Description
We are looking for an experienced communicator and program manager with a lot of natural curiosity, who loves games and wants to create engaging communications and programs for the people that make them. The Studios Content and Program Manager will report to the EA Studios Chief of Staff and will work very closely with her to execute the Chief Studios Officer's strategic agenda. This person is responsible for creating content for the Chief Studios Officer, driving an editorial voice through our internal studio's communication channels, and executing our internal events including Core Summit, Global Game Jam, Quarterly Town Halls, Studio Visits, and Executive Game Reviews.

Responsibilities

Chief Studios Officer Content and Communications
• In partnership with the CoS and external agency partners, this person will be responsible for the development of internal and external communications authored by our Chief Studios Officer.
• Be able to write high-quality speeches, quotes, internal memos, and long-form pieces for the CSO
• Be able to write communications for external speaking events, employee meetings, video scripts, social media, media by-lines, etc.
• Stay current on trends, social issues, and industry news, and ensure the CSO's messaging reflects prevailing global and industry sentiments and events

Internal Studios Communications:
• This person will serve as a community manager of EA Studios' internal communications channels, bringing an editorial voice and POV, driven by your deep understanding and love of games, to our internal platforms including Slack and Gravitron.
• Develop and Launch a Studios Newsletter pulling together the best content from across our studio's teams
• Bring our studio's strategy and goals to life and work with the CoS to make sure we are tracking and communicating progress.

Studios Events:
• Responsible for Studios Town Halls including partnering with the CoS on the ROS, setting up tech and content run-throughs, driving the setup and execution of the event, managing the live Q&A and slack follow-up.
• Partner with our internal events teams to drive execution of large global events including Core Summit, Global Game Jam, Studio Tours, and Road Shows
• Manage RoS, materials, and logistics for executive gate reviews and GAMe alignment meetings

Qualifications
• Strong writer with an understanding of games and development culture.
• Has experience writing for executives and is able to capture key corporate messages in content that will be engaging for a broader creative audience
• Expertise in developing, updating, and leading content, ensuring that it is current and engaging.
• Experience with developing a content strategy and managing internal websites
• Creative chops - strong abilities to write copy or capture content while also being able to describe what ''good'' looks like to creative partners
• Passion for owning outcomes, working across multiple teams and skillsets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and assist multiple team members at the same time- understands how to prioritize and pivot as needed
• Goes beyond what has been done in the past; look for new ideas and creative solutions to overcome challenges - always starts from a place of yes!
• Comfortable acting as in informal feedback loop- and sharing direct feedback with the studios leadership team
• Balances a strong work ethic and going-the-extra-mile enthusiasm with levity and humility; have contagious energy while managing to enjoy the process and understand where he/she fits in the overall group or structure
