We are looking for a Senior Analyst based in Vancouver to join the Studio Data and Insights team. You will work with partners to understand player engagement patterns and identify product growth opportunities. Reporting to a Manager of Analytics, you will take complex data sets and create insights to tell a story and guide improvements.

What you'll do as a Senior Data Analyst:
• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to understand user experience.
• Work together with our partners to surface product and business opportunities and outline data-driven recommendations.
• Establish measurement strategies to understand how players engage with features and systems.
• Enhance and automate (when possible) dashboards and visualizations to provide a monitor for important features and business health.
• Provide direction to junior analysts to ensure quality, clarity, and development of their analytics skills.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience applying quantitative/statistical methods to produce insights from data
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics)
• Proficient in SQL and a statistical analysis tool (such as R or Python)
• Experience presenting technical findings to audiences with varying background
• A passion for web and product optimization through A/B testing and experimentation
• Experience analyzing clickstream data for an ecommerce or SaaS product
