Sourcing Analyst - Remote This position can be remote from anywhere in Republic of Ireland

You will work closely with the Sourcing Manager to lead the efforts around commercials and contracts by working with our vendor service partners and our partners at EA such as Legal, Security, GSS to ensure we build contracts that drive operational performance and efficiency while delivering on our requirements. You will be part of EA's Customer Experience organization and will report to the Sourcing Senior Manager in the Service Delivery Operations org. The Customer Experience organization strives to make EA known for taking care of its players. We're players taking care of players and people talking to people – whenever, wherever, and however they need us.

A Sourcing Analyst will understand contact centers and contact center outsourcing landscape. You will have experience building vendor service partner contracts, ensuring the right contract structure is in place to deliver on operational requirements. You will work to improve our contract structure and be up to date with happenings in the outsourcing industry to support the creation and delivery of the Service Delivery Operations sourcing strategy.

So how does the Sourcing Analyst make great experiences for players? They:
• Improve on our existing contract structure to deliver on operational requirements and drive performance
• Identify new sourcing models that can support business challenges, such as peak staffing
• Make recommendations to continuously improve our sourcing model to gain efficiency, true redundancy and cost effectiveness
• Stay current on changes and innovation in the global outsourcing industry
• Participate in contract reviews, enhancements, renewals and new contract creation
• Participate in the development and implementation of RFP that support the identification and selection of partnerships
• Create and maintain a site setup checklist that reduces change in onboarding
• Work collaboratively to improve the sourcing processes to improve effectiveness and timelines
• Partner across WWCE to ensure department pain points and gaps are addressed in outsourcing model and contracts, to include the recommendations for sourcing a range of functional areas

• If you're interested in this role, you'll need these skills or experiences:
• 5 or more years of experience in contact center management
• 2 or more years' experience with partner relationship management
• Understanding of creating, renewing, and implementing vendor contracts Experience developing new processes, leading meetings with purpose, and driving change management initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff and senior management
• Strong at documentation and presentation skills to track multiple workflows and educate with purpose
• Curiosity and interest in staying up to date on the outsourcing industry
