Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and create experiences in partnership with distributed teams to ensure the architectural vision is supported and delivered to the highest standards
• Support and maintain SLAs for critical applications deployed in production.
• Work with DevOps/ITOps/production support team to help resolve outages, bugs and complete root cause analysis.
• Enhance monitoring/alerting, identify and help implement automations for trivial IT tasks.
• Track development deliverables and communicate their status to global teams.
• Estimate engineering effort during different stages of project life cycle
• Exhibit creativity while collaborating and working with excellent designers, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects and product managers
• Coach/guide 2-4 developers in accomplishing architecture, design and implementation goals in addition to individual contribution in coding.
• Evaluate new software solutions and technologies.
• Understand and participate in Build and configuration management process
• Work with Quality assurance team in fixing bugs and improve quality with deliverables.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the Information Technology/Software Engineering field.
• Experience working with RESTful Web Services using programming languages such as Java, NodeJs, Python.
• Knowledge of linux and database systems.
• Experience working in Java, J2EE, Core Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices etc.
• Strong experience with cloud(preferably AWS) and application development life cycle.
• Results oriented self-starter who is able to assume responsibility and ownership of active projects
• Proven track record of leading technical teams in delivering web technology architecture, design and implementation.
• Strong Understanding of Full stack modern technologies from UI layer to middleware and DB layer in great detail.
• Good understanding of modern distributed architecture and development frameworks (such as SOA, Lambda, Microservices) for scalable and very fast applications
• Good grasp of modern and rich UI application architecture with preferable coding experience in JavaScript frameworks and libraries (such as Angular, React), Html and CSS.
• Hands on coding experience
• Experience working in Agile methodology
