Role Overview
We are seeking a key contributor to join our Tax team to support the tax reporting and compliance function. In this role, the Senior Tax Analyst will be a member of the team that prepares the quarterly and annual tax provision, Canadian tax returns, and Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit claims for North America.
The individual will be based in Vancouver at the Burnaby Campus of Electronic Arts (Canada), Inc. and will report to the Senior Tax Manager.
Responsibilities
• You will prepare quarterly and annual Canadian tax provisions
• You will prepare tax returns and filings for Canadian entities
• You will prepare various Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit claims
• You will provide assistance with the preparation of Scientific Research and Experimental Development claims
• You will respond to information requests from tax authorities with respect to various audits
Qualifications
• Qualified CPA with 3+ years of industry or public practice experience
• Experience with Canadian corporate tax, SR&ED, and digital media incentives
• Knowledge and working experience with OneSource Tax Provision, Oracle, and Tableau is a plus
• Strong MS Excel skills with attention to detail and accuracy
