Job Description
The Sr. Program Manager will: be part of a new organization whose primary focus is to build and establish the real estate way of working at EA and its methodologies for the planning / conceptualisation & delivery of multiple concurrent construction projects. In addition, this organization will focus on managing a global property portfolio, and all governance related areas such as accounting, lease liabilities, equitable workspace experience and design, construction controls (cost, quality and functionality), key lease dates (expiries & construction commitments), capital expenditure decisions, and procurement.

This role is expected to be the connective tissue in creating a common language across all horizontals through clearly defined roles and responsibilities, consistent reporting, metrics delivery and project management techniques for the diverse studios and support functions that create our unique games which are expected to continually increase and expand player interaction with our products.

Ideally, this individual will engage in a consistent flow of efficiency and improvement recommendations for the Real Estate function, its partners, and local teams to alleviate the many touch points / topics of confusion within the process and within the organization. Clear information, advice, and options for inspiration, will be required for effective, timely, and inclusive decision making.

You possess the ability to manage complex projects quickly, with little to no guidance. You react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround, are able to take effective action within an ambiguous environment, and can proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups. You are a pro at building rapport with senior leadership and managing all stakeholders to deadlines, without eroding that trusted relationship. You have superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and to juggle multiple critical requests. Upholding a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals internally and externally is extremely important to you. You have the ability to be flexible, and change direction at a moment's notice to benefit the project. You have a good sense of humor.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will...
• As a Global Real Estate Senior Program Manager, you will orchestrate the beginning-to-end delivery of multiple projects (EA's Design and Construction Program), by developing project concepts/scope of work, defining stakeholder's requirements, and conveying internal lessons learned with EA Leaders, EA Team Members, and local A/E firms.
• Contribute to and support the development of key infrastructure, governance and management initiatives, and complex project processes within the Real Estate organization.
• Develop pre-programming and planning process for construction projects in conjunction with the Construction Project Manager for new site selections prior to leasing, and for strategic location recommendations and decisions. Perform high-level yield studies, utilization assessments, and overall site planning analysis to determine location optimization compatibility.
• Lead/Oversee the planning and execution of multiple global projects by developing and unifying building/parking/master planning standards, while capturing and enhancing unique site aspects of each organization.
• Establish the best methodology for all specific projects, and key strategic initiatives, to track key metrics to assure they are being accomplished and monitored through ongoing review.
• Establish process and methodology for tracking, monitoring and reporting location information on workstation capacity and occupation metrics in conjunction with the Workplace Experience team ensuring visibility and connectivity across the functions for strategic planning. Insurance and landlord approvals.
• Be a general advisor to the Real Estate Directors tracking all reports, statistics, budgets; creating and tracking project plans for key projects, highlighting areas that require proactive attention.
• Problem solve in real time. Provide support/guidance to ensure all tasks affecting construction project schedules and budgets are completed quickly by engaging the appropriate decision makers when required.
• Work cross-functionally with Project Sponsors, stakeholders, and multiple teams to define and deliver complex cross-functional projects.
• Clearly communicate vision, plans, and project status to management and key technical and business stakeholders. Bridge gaps and break through barriers between those individuals/teams and A/E firms to move projects forward.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs balancing the business needs versus constraints.
• Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders as well as to A/E firms and specialty consultants.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Program Management (directly related to renovations, additions and new builds) within a corporate workplace setting.
• Architectural or Engineering license.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent overall program management, project management, problem solving and communication skills; experience in interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at differing levels.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day-to-day progress tracking and execution.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment, including history of successfully delivering large scale projects end to end, through the entire life cycle.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and ideas in a non-technical, simple manner across different levels and geographies of an organization.
• Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment across a wide range of cultures.
• Solid organizational and project management skills coupled with the ability to work with cross-functional teams under aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to conduct value and quality control reviews on full sets of construction documents including all disciplines. Life Safety analysis a plus.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in leading internal Leaders, and external Architectural/Engineering firms, through a project's life cycle (from project inception through completion, including post occupancy evaluation).
