FRANCHISE SENIOR PRODUCER

The Franchise Senior Producer of Live Services is a Madden NFL leadership role leading the Live Service team from concept to launch to deliver engaging experiences for our players on daily, weekly and NFL Seasonal beat cadence. This position reports to our VP/EP of Madden NFL.

Responsibilities:
• Help define the future of Madden NFL's live service connecting NFL Fandom to Madden NFL engagement.
• You will contribute to the development of a multi-year franchise strategy, leading the game team through all stages of development.
• Think strategically about the potential of our live service for our players and our team.
• Inspire the team and broader franchise around a plan/vision.
• Unlock the potential and productivity of all team members: coaching rather than solving; assessing people's potential and developmental needs; recognizing and supporting opportunities for learning and career growth.
• Create space for others to do great work.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience leading a large, game development-focused organization.
• 5+ Years leading game live services with an understanding of the relation of game content, experiences and economies.
• Direct people management experience.
• You have a background that reflects success in addressing challenges across product, organization, business, and people spheres.
• A passion for interactive entertainment.
