Senior Operations Manager- Studio Data Insights

Development Technologies and Solutions (DTS) is a global team supporting the delivery of data analytics and strategic technologies for all EA game development studios.

Studios, Data and Insights (SDI) is a team within the DTS organization that partners with our game development teams to bring actionable insights through data that help improve player experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager reporting directly to the SDI Head of Operations partnering with SDI leaders and the existing operations team, to guide the planning and control of our operational activities. This exciting and challenging role will be partnering with a wide array of teams such as SDI business owners, finance, talent acquisition, people experience, legal and more.

You will have the option of working either onsite at one of the EA offices, hybrid or fully remote.

What to expect:
• You will provide necessary oversight and support in the execution of essential SDI operational responsibilities.
• You will Shape simple solutions to complex problems across multiple disciplines that consider process, analytics and technology.
• You will implement measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
• You will identify opportunities for improvement within our essential processes, align with partners, and implement.
• You will use data and insights as a resource to guide effective decisions across our business.
• You will collaborate with the BU leaders to understand overall headcount across resource types including: financial impact, chargeback variance, and focused analysis.
• You will manage maintenance and evolution of our SDI overall and BU-specific operations dashboards.
• You will support or own aspects of the consolidated SDI operating and capital budgets, including resource plans.

What you bring:
• 7+ years of work experience in a related field
• Experience using data tools such as Business Intelligence, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and JIRA to inform decisions.
• Experience developing measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
• A process improvement mindset used to develop and improve processes and reporting.
• Proficient change management skills.
• The ability to track, model and present information in engaging ways.
