The Workplaces team oversees workplace environments and the related employee experience globally and delivers and maintains spaces that are vibrant, fresh, branded, and inspiring. The team also provides relevant programs that differentiate EA as an employer of choice and support EA's ability to attract and retain the talent needed to power our Company.
Workplace Experience is focused on services and programs that:

You and your team will focus on our office environments on a global scale, including building operations, health and safety, workplace design, employee travel, onsite and contracted services, and employee community and events. You will collaborate with the People Experience COEs and teams for integrated programs and events.
The Workplace Experience Senior Manager will lead a team of Workplace specialists and coordinators in two locations, Vancouver, and Victoria. You will work closely with WE Directors and the global Workplace team as well as business partners such as Executive Leadership, Operational Leads, People Practices, Real Estate, IT, Security and Global Strategic Sourcing to deliver best in class programming and operations.
As Workplaces Senior Manager You Will:
• Lead a team of individual contributors responsible for the creation of inspiring workplaces infused with play which support our people to grow as members of our team
• Manage the team including setting clear goals, processes, and monitoring of performance.
• Prepare and approve annual operational budgets.
• Create a culture of measurement and improvement at a site and regional level, including soliciting partner feedback.
• Resolve escalated concerns with 3rd parties for employee and site services.
• Working in partnership with the Real Estate and Design teams, ensure locally accomplished design and maintenance projects are performed within global guidelines, including density and budget parameters.
You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of related experience in workplace and facilities management with people leadership experience.
• Excellent partnership & alignment skills with key partners to define and achieve strategic goals
• Effective Influencing skills and ability to understand and influence individuals & groups
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, good judgment, and decision making/problem solver
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering against targets and objectives
• Emotional intelligence. You can navigate obstacles creatively and advocate for decisions.
• Business, finance, and management knowledge.

• Manage a team of EA employees, as well as vendors and third-party contractors.
• Experience building and driving improvements to existing programs
• Experience managing multi-team locations and outsourced relationships
• Project management skills; establishing deliverables, creating roadmaps, and executing on time and budget
