Job Description
You will report to a Director of Security Program & Products. The Senior Manager, Enterprise & Production Program Management for Security, oversees the delivery of assigned Security-related Programs.
• Lead an experienced security program management team to complete security engagements, planning, and strategy with partner teams.
• Resolve potential resourcing, technology, and process gaps related to enterprise and production security programs.
• Provide concise program reporting to security leaders to facilitate transparent risk and issue discussion and quick decision-making; provide oversight to security program managers, including operational methodology and process adherence.
• Work with security leaders to manage enterprise & production expectations and deliverables; understand and promote strategic context to partners; support team members in translating complex requirements into executable work items.
• Develop security Measurements through partnering with enterprise & production teams.
• Develop & implement a continuous improvement approach to achieve expectation of delivery efficiency and quality; develop new capabilities within the team by trying creative ideas.

Responsibilities
• Guide Program Delivery: Own Enterprise & Production security programs, pace & direction setting, selfless leadership, and overall coordination of program team members; deliver programs in partnership with multiple teams to ensure programs are delivered to the highest standards.
• Engagement Management: Lead enterprise and production security engagements to include planning and resource management; mobilize and manage multiple security programs and with expected quality; define deliverable structure and content, facilitate agreement of proposed solutions from top management levels within Security and partner delivery teams.
• Reporting & Communications: Provide clear program reporting to security leaders to facilitate transparent risk and issue discussion and quick decision-making, to include periodic health assessments.
• Quality Management: Ensures quality standards and procedures are defined/identified and followed. Conduct defined project phase reviews throughout the lifecycle
• Financial Management: Oversees several administrative activities that maintain financial compliance, and tracks and reports on the budget and Return on investment
• Issue & Risk Management: Leads identification and resolution of risks and issues, reconciliation and escalation to management.
• Initiate Action: Ability to translate business issues into system solutions, with a demonstrated proficiency in evolving and managing systems development
• Team Management: Ensure the team remains effective through training and an defined working model. Demonstrate the ability to manage project teams as 'one team' to deliver programs. Facilitate collaboration among teams in the global environment. Facilitate collaboration among project managers to ensure mutual dependencies are known and flagged

Required Qualifications:
• BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant professional experience or comparable technical degree.
• 10+ years total experience in program or project management with at least 3 of those years related to enterprise cybersecurity Programs and infrastructure migrations.
• 2+ years experience directly managing a team
• Experience with Agile PM tools & frameworks.
• Experience developing individuals and teams.
• Experience in relationship management and engagement with senior leadership
• Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroups.
• Background should also include experience in online related technologies with knowledge of the following: Networking, Security, Systems Administration, Migrations, Database Admin, Storage, Data Center related technologies.
