Senior Manager, DEI Learning & Development (Remote OK)

Senior Manager, DEI Learning and Development

Most companies call it HR. At Electronic Arts, we are People Experience(PE). PE is a team of cultural stewards who carefully create talent strategies and offerings that directly affect our teams' experience and help our people achieve the most meaningful work of their careers.

The Learning, Engagement, Analytics and Performance (LEAP) team focuses on people development, organization effectiveness and an engaging employee experience. We are an interdisciplinary team helping EA not only be the industry leader but also a pioneer in new forms of digital entertainment. We are uniquely positioned to make lasting change in a creative environment. While we move fast, we also believe in having fun - we love games!

LEAP's vision: To accelerate people and organizational capability so EA can inspire the world to play.

As a member of the Talent Development Team, you'll be a part of creating EA's overall talent development strategies, focusing on leader, pipeline, manager and individual contributor development. You will lead enterprise-wide development of DEI learning offerings. You'll be directly involved in the design and and delivery of relevant, integrated offerings to support our overall business, talent and DEI strategies. You'll work with business and PE partners, and external organizations (e.g., best practice organizations, consultants), to ensure integrated, cohesive offerings with EA and PE-specific goals and priorities. You'll help strengthen our talent pipeline. You will report to the Senior Director of Leadership and Talent Development.

Responsibilities
• Develop enterprise-wide DEI learning strategy, with a focus on executive, pipeline, people manager and individual contributor development.
• Build or buy DEI learning offerings across formal, informal and social channels to support strategy.
• Identify the right content and delivery channel based on goals, target audience and environment.
• Provide expertise on DEI education research, trends and best practices.
• Ensure our learning offerings work for all EA employees - regardless of their background or abilities.
• Thoughtfully use data to guide decisions and behavior change.
• Work in partnership with our Brand team to ensure our offerings are branded and activated.
• Create change and communication plans for all implementations.
• Work with PE colleagues to ensure offerings are integrated across the talent ecosystem (e.g., coaching, sponsorship and mentoring, talent management and review, succession planning)
• Partner with external consultants when needed.
• Create detailed work plans, including tasks, resources, dependencies and milestones.
• Manage all aspects of a project, including time, people and dollars.
• Build and sustain productive, healthy relationships across the organization.
• Facilitate meetings and learning experiences that accelerate collaboration and new ideas.

Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional experience in talent development or related professions, with at least 3 years driving diversity, equity and inclusion in organizations.
• Experience developing strategy.
• Influence, relationship, collaboration and impersonal skills.
• Understanding of what makes great development experiences and offerings.
• Experience working with team members at all levels in the organization.
• Experience designing and managing learning offerings.
• Balance of strategic and operational skills.
• A focus on high-quality work and details.
• Experience driving change efforts.
• Authentic; doesn't take self too seriously.
