Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst

Role Overview:
Our Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provide insight to business partners to make smart and informed decisions. Ranging from launches on established EA Sports franchise to collaborating with the Partners & Ventures group to expand into new initiatives, this role can through their partnership help drive EA's revenue performance. The candidate will also represent our FIFA business in the NA time zone (working with the EU based lead) and coordinating latest trends into the weekly revenue consolidation process.

The Sr. Financial Analyst role is to be based in North America, working with teams around the world. The position reports to the EA Sports Commercial Sr. Finance Manager based in Austin, TX.

What You'll Do:
• Build relationships with partners and collaborate to achieve financial and business objectives
• Provide financial modelling of new business initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders for full P&L appraisal
• Coordinate and validate revenue financial forecasts, providing insightful analysis to highlight and explain variance drivers, monitoring on weekly basis with milestone quarterly touchpoints
• Challenge status quo to drive FP&A excellence
• Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, standardize, and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes

Preferred Experience and Technical Skills:
• Bachelor's degree required, CPA a plus
• Minimum 2 years or related financial experience, revenue knowledge a plus
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Demonstrated proficiency in accounting and general GAAP knowledge
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise, knowledge in Anaplan, Power BI and Tableau
