We are a global team and also the largest studio within EA! DTS proudly consists of the following teams: Engineering Services (ES), Studios Data Insights, SEED, and Quality Verification, and Standards.

Senior Analytics Manager in Quality Verification & Standards Analytics (QVSA):

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to influence the delivery of our data analytics roadmap. You will support the career growth of analytics staff and foster a global cross studio data culture. You will be the operations POC for QVSA embedded team working with studios in Stockholm and the UK: managing budget, reducing risk, and building on operations and analytics excellence.

We are looking for someone to join our growing team of data experts; to manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. You will work with Quality Verification & Standards (QVS) and Development Partners to provide sound data reports and analysis that help us deliver quality games. You will report to the Lead of QVSA Global Embedded Analytics.

Responsibilities:
• Use industry knowledge to bring fresh perspectives on how to solve business challenges with analytical methods.
• Communicate with project team, leadership and partners; connect daily tasks to organization goals; support our vision and roadmap.
• Organize and allow the team to remain focused and on track, address conflicts or bottlenecks; provide project and goals context; established mindset for continuous improvement
• Propose improvements, new concepts and process changes to improve the current data, analytics and insight environments.
• Grow an effective team; identify resourcing needs, foster a work environment that enables employees to reach their potential.
• Monitor team performance to identify risks, opportunities and budget adherence.
• Build a team culture that breaks down barriers.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years project management or team leadership experience.
• Education requirement University degree bachelor's or equivalent professional experience.
• Analytical orientation demonstrated by the ability to structure questions or problems and analyze alternative solutions. Tireless advocate for using data.
• Effective communication, collaboration and delegation skills across all levels of the organization.
• Effective with storytelling using data and appropriate visualizations.
• Experience in different project management methodologies; preferably Scrum Master Certified.
• Established change manager who values the opportunity to solve business issues and through strategic vision and process improvement.
• Can manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
• Experience using data to contribute to product quality and project efficiency; effective at understanding KPI dashboards to support our goals.
