Purpose of the Role:
You will play an important role within our Sales department, the main purpose of this internship is to work with our Commercial Programs Manager, providing them support in multiple tasks;

Responsibilities:
• You will support to the sales team in the management of retailer sales data and stock position by account, facilitating to each Business Partners Managers the information required for the re-ordering process.
• Elaborate on-demand sales reports and presentation in PowerPoint related to the Sales activity, for internal and external use.
• You will provide general administrative support for general tasks within the Sales and Trade marketing department.
• You will coordinate the relationship with the creative agency to develop all the marketing assets needed for the digital and off-line retail marketing activity.
• You will monitor all online retail marketing activity and analyze it.
• You will collect all the materials (pictures, reports…) we receive from our partners, organize them and make them available for the Sales team.
• You will elaborate a social media/online report on a monthly basis with all the assets collected when checking retailers' websites and social channels.
• You will help the Commercial Program Manager in the elaboration of the pre-order incentives plan and files.

Capabilities (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities including Technical Requirements):
• 1 year professional experience.
• Enrolled in last year of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication or related studies.
• You have interest in developing your career in the departments related to sales, account management and retail marketing.
• Good level of competence on all Microsoft programs; especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint.
• You have to be interested on social media channels.
• You will learn how to manage workload and deadlines.
• Excellent level of English and Spanish (reading and writing)
• Passion for learning
• Passion for Videogames.

You will report to Commercial Porgrams Manager. You will start working from home.
