Project Coordinator (Contract)

This role is a 6 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

We have a lot of exciting things going on at DICE and are looking for a collaborative and operational and person to join our team. You will support our projects and our creative teams in making award-winning games by partnering with several teams, finance, and vendors to ensure we are operating in harmony. You will report to our Project Management Office Manager and you will be part of the Project Coordination Team.
• Provide administrative support that aligns with project goals.
• Support our internal communications such as organizing team meetings, reports and updates.
• Support with information gathering for project reports and team-events.
• Be part of team culture projects such as team building events and giveaways.
• Maintain administrative files (contract payments, work orders).
• Send purchase orders to vendors and following up on invoicing queries.
• Track and follow up actual vs foretasted spendings.

Qualifications
• Have 2+ years of administrative and/or financial experience
• Have a desire to take ownership, be responsible and find solutions.
• Experienced with Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
