Operations Analyst

Job Description

The Operations Analyst researches, documents and assesses current and proposed operational practices in order to drive consistency and identify opportunities for improvement. An Operations Analyst is an expert in business process, understanding how to quantify outcomes and drive behaviors in support of organizational goals.

Requirements:
• 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance environment
• Expert-level experience using Office and data collection tools (including Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Power BI)
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Must be fluent in English
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure, operating with a high degree of integrity

Responsibilities:
• Daily communication with other Operations Staff to review and prioritize on-going work
• Communicate challenges and offer support to ensure that overall team deadlines are met
• Collaborate with managers and individual contributors across organization to understand current practices and challenges
• Facilitate brainstorming discussions focused on defining new tools and processes
• Define experimental conditions for evaluating existing and proposed methodologies, coordinate pilot projects and analyze results
• Author and maintain policy and workflow documentation referenced by all personnel within the organization
