We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Live Service Designer to join our Live Ops team for Covet Fashion. In this role, you will report to the Head of Content to design and execute engaging LiveOps campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting and implementing game design strategies to enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization.
What You'll do:
• Design and Implement LiveOps Campaigns: Partner with the Hyderabad team to execute all LiveOps campaigns, including series, season launches, x-promos, and more.
• Create Compelling In-Game Content: Collaborate with the Game Writer to develop engaging and thematic in-game content that resonates with players.
• Features Design Collaboration: Work with the Game Product Manager and Designer to conceptualize and design new game features that enhance the player experience.
• Analyze Game Economy: Understand and analyze the game economy to provide actionable insights to the game team for continuous improvements.
• Lead Ideation Sessions: Facilitate ideation of series, props, Covet Collection pieces, and hair accessories to enhance the gaming experience.
• Asset Design Collaboration: Work closely with the Art team throughout the asset design
• process to ensure visual and thematic consistency.
• Player Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of the live player base, understanding their composition, behaviors, and perspectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure a high level of quality assurance in a live environment to deliver a polished and bug-free product.
• Content Strategy Guidance: Provide guidance on content strategies through new arrivals, prizes, event restrictions, fashion packs, feature packs, and fashion passes daily, weekly, and monthly according to target metrics.
• Collaborative Training and Travel: Regularly travel to India to provide training and collaborate with the Hyderabad team as needed.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
• Proven experience of 2+ years in game design, live operation, or similar roles within the mobile gaming industry.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using development planning tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven design decisions.
• Passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of player behavior.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office and Google suites.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Comfort working directly with partners to plan project deliveries.
• Strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Well-versed in current global pop cultures, lifestyle, and fashion trends.
• Possess a deep understanding and appreciation of various cultures, along with an awareness of cultural sensitivities.
• A background in fashion is a plus, but a passion for game design is paramount.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

º $82,500 - $122,900 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $76,000 - $122,900 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $99,000 - $122,900 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $91,600 - $122,200 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $76,000 - $109,200 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $73,200 - $101,700 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
