EA China Studio is a part of the EA Asia family of development studios and we are dedicated to building top class Free-to-Play (F2P) mobile games. We stand at EA's forefront in bringing world famous titles such as FIFA Mobile, Plants vs Zombies, Need for Speed, and other titles to the China and Asia mobile market. Our studio is focused on leveraging EA's World Class IPs and adapting them to game designs, arts, and systems that makes sense for our market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Motivates and empowers talent on the team to execute on product
• Directs the day-to- day development through production and the launch of the game and live service.
• Works with the product owners and design team to prioritize features and set quality
• Drives, creates, and refines the game experience at multiple feature level to achieve and/or exceed the desired quality
• Manages and mitigates project risks over the course of development and execution of the product.
• Works closely with production, art, design, and engineering leads to drive product
• Works with the development directors to manage the project schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables.
• Partners and develops relationships with central service teams including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and product

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• An experienced producer with 5+ years of experience in a game production
• Analytically minded, a master of influence, results oriented and skilled
• A great communicator that understands what is working, what is of concern, and what needs to be
• Excellent English written, verbal communication and presentation
• Being a passionate Soccer fan or FIFA player is definitely an asset, let's get in the game together!
