Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Lead the 24/7 operation and security analysts to triage, escalate, and manage responses to all events impacting or threatening personnel, property, and assets
• Oversee daily shift operations and develop a comprehensive security management system for the GSOC to include procedures, policies and escalation/management responses for internal and external risks.
• Coordinate security investigations based on internal procedures and drives the resolution of incidents.
• Identifies, assesses, prevents and mitigates all risks, threats and vulnerabilities to safeguard people, assets, product and property; to maintain continuity of operations and ensure profitability.
• Work to identify goals and objectives consistent with corporate strategic plans and define metrics to measure overall performance
• Acquire experience to manage team projects to ensure successful implementation
• Create programs, processes, and policies that will formalize the GSOC's role in protecting people, property, and production
• Develop the experience and knowledge to implement, manage, advise, survey, or audit all security programs, policies and procedures.
• Gain operational oversight, training, and quality assurance for the team of security analysts responsible for intelligence research, analysis and physical security
• Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs and operators are trained appropriately for their roles.
• Liaise with Senior Management, Facilities, and IT Services teams to resolve any security issues.
• Mature the specialized support for security teams onsite.
• Warrant 24x7 remote monitoring and administration of security assets and surveillance for EA offices..
• Progress towards the use of all internal resources in order to identify and report all details in case of an incident.
• Meet service level agreements regarding response time and customer notification.
• Begin to correlate intelligence and contextual data used in the preparation of briefing materials, presentations, and incident-related documents.
• Provide critical front-line intelligence support to investigative and operational personnel.
• Establish ongoing communication with senior leadership on the status of security issues, evolving risks and related recommendations.
• Carry out special assignments as tasked by Senior Leadership.
• Support leadership in the development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management/incident command programs, including planning and conducting exercises with local first responders.
• Follows the rules, the procedures, and the internal policies (E.g: Internal regulations, Performance Management, Fire Protection, Global Code of Conduct, etc.)

Requirements
• Education and necessary knowledge for the job - Studies (min): Highschool – graduated, ideally IT or Computer Science Graduate
• Foreign languages: English advanced – Writing and reading
• Computer literacy (hardware & software): Microsoft Office
• Professional expertise: 1 to 2 years' experience in a physical security lead or a supervisor position
